Knight Frank

When Knight Frank approached Birch in July 2023 to deliver an integrated campaign to be in market by October 1st, the brief was daunting. We had to bring to life the brand’s strapline, “Your partners in property”, create adverts that would “reassure” clients and prospects in a challenging property market, and drive brand consideration through an “aspirational” aesthetic. Presenting the firm as a modern brand was another key objective.

In response, we shaped a campaign that uses consumer mindset and analytic data to speak directly to the firm’s highest priority target consumers, picturing clients in design-led, aspirational environments. Polished campaign visuals are complemented by simple messaging that hooks in the viewer with an aspirational question, offers up a reassuring answer and lands Knight Frank’s brand promise in every creative. The campaign’s aesthetic conveys warmth and human connection, and presents Knight Frank as a switched-on, high-end real estate specialist.
