We're looking for an innovative freelance/part-time marketing manager with strong multi-channel strategy experience to champion our successes and tell stories that inspire the luxury sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a quarterly marketing strategy for the agency, working collaboratively with BIRCH’s directors and creative team.
- Oversee content schedules for BIRCH’s owned channels, including social media, email newsletters and Substack editorials.
- Hold creative teams accountable for supplying marketing assets to you, in a timely fashion –line with each channel’s content plan.
- Outreach to and build relationships with relevant industry and trade press, with a view to securing coverage for the agency.
- Drive growth in BIRCH’s audience and raise the agency’s profile.
- Be a motivational ‘force for good’ in the studio; motivating the team to deliver marketing assets for the agency to the same high standards we hold ourselves to in our client work.
Key skills
- Experience in multi-channel marketing strategy and planning.
- A proactive researcher, tuned into trends and changes in marketing and brand strategy.
- Ambition to introduce new and inspiring creative thinking to the agency.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
- The ability to respond to and learn from constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with major social media planning and scheduling programmes.
- A keen eye for and interest in creative.
- An understanding of or experience in luxury real estate and hospitality is a bonus.
